A hearty welcome awaits you at the Greenwich Baptist Church. We believe that Jesus Christ came that all men might have an abundant life (John 10:10). It is our sincere prayerful desire that you might discover this life in Jesus Christ. God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life (John 3:16; Psalm 139:13-18; Ephesians 2:10). It is the goal of our Church to help each person come to know Jesus Christ in a personal way so that His design for each person might be achieved. We invite you to join us in our services as we seek together to bring honor and glory to our Creator and Redeemer Jesus Christ (John 1:1-3; 1 Peter 1:18-19).

The source of truth of our beliefs is the Bible. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21) and constitutes His complete and final revelation to man (Rev 22:18-19). We believe that all preaching should be based on God’s truth as found in the Bible. Therefore our Pastor preaches from the Bible each week. We believe that every Christian has the right, privilege and responsibility to verify the truthfulness of religious teaching or preaching by the authority of the Scriptures (Acts 17:11).
